Design Program Manager, AI

Stripe is looking for a Design Program Manager to integrate AI into their design operations. You'll partner with designers, researchers, and engineers to build AI-powered tools and automations that transform creative workflows. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Identify high-impact workflow transformations within the Design team • Build custom AI tools, agents, and automations for specific design needs • Enable designers to develop and iterate on their own tools independently • Document tools and scale successful patterns across the organization • Prepare the design org for autonomous, multi-agent workflows • Partner with legal, security, and procurement for vendor evaluation WHO YOU ARE • 5+ years of program management experience in a design or creative organization • A deep AI practitioner who has built things that changed how real work gets done • Strong design understanding and pattern recognition skills • Exceptional coaching and communication abilities • Comfortable with ambiguity in an emerging field
