Linear is looking for a Designer with strong visual taste to help drive creative initiatives across web and brand. You'll join the Magic Team — Linear's internal creative agency — to help communicate what Linear is building and why it matters. At its core, Linear is a developer tool where speed, interactions, and small details matter. They expect a broad set of design skills and the ability to create high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Partner with developers to build website and landing pages • Work with marketing on branding initiatives • Collaborate with other designers and copywriters to develop integrated marketing concepts that extend across various channels WHO YOU ARE • Several years of experience leading and designing interactive web experiences • Excellent visual, UI, motion, and interactive design skills • A genuine eye for good design, strong attention to detail, and love for the craft WHAT LINEAR OFFERS • Competitive salary and equity with employee-friendly terms • Daily meal and coffee stipend, paid co-working space or desk • 5 weeks paid vacation + 4 months parental leave • Paid month off after 4 years, and every 2 years thereafter • Fully remote — Europe time zones
