Sword Health is building AI to heal billions — combining clinical expertise with AI technology through its "AI Care" approach. They're looking for an Expert Product Designer to take full design ownership of key web flows, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Note: This role requires an EU visa and Portugal residency. No relocation assistance is offered. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Own web product experiences completely end-to-end • Balance competing priorities across user needs and business objectives • Apply a data-driven, test-and-learn methodology • Collaborate across teams on design solutions • Contribute to the Design System • Design AI-integrated experiences that pair human and artificial intelligence WHO YOU ARE • 5+ years product design experience focusing on web flows • Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact with a clear perspective • Advanced Figma proficiency with rapid prototyping skills • Strong accessibility knowledge (WCAG standards) • Ability to interpret data and design system understanding • Experience designing AI-driven product experiences • Healthcare technology background a plus
