Art Director (Product Design)

This hands-on Art Director role works directly with the VP of Product Design across a B2B2C ecosystem featuring connected devices, AI capabilities, and behavioral change tools. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Establish visual quality standards across product interfaces • Lead design for high-impact features and user flows • Apply art direction to complex, data-intensive UX/UI scenarios • Develop and maintain UI systems and design patterns • Convert intricate requirements into intuitive, visually compelling experiences • Mentor junior designers while maintaining execution excellence • Integrate AI tools into design workflows WHO YOU ARE • 8–12 years of product design experience at senior or lead level • Proficiency in UI, UX, interaction design, and information architecture • Strong portfolio demonstrating craft and creative problem-solving • Expert-level Figma skills and deep familiarity with AI design tools • Experience with health, wellness, or data-intensive product domains is a plus
