Senior UX Researcher

This Senior UX Researcher role involves strategic, high-visibility work partnering with Product Design, Product Management, Brand, and Marketing teams — covering both product and marketing research. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Lead foundational and strategic research projects across product areas • Conduct brand perception studies and digital experience research • Develop buyer personas and inform messaging strategy • Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders • Mentor junior researchers and shape team research processes WHO YOU ARE • Mixed-methods researcher with experience in both qualitative and quantitative approaches • Track record in both product and marketing/brand research • Comfortable guiding senior stakeholders toward appropriate research methods • Strong prioritization skills in fast-moving, remote-first environments • Clear communicator who can translate findings for diverse audiences • Experienced working asynchronously with distributed teams
