Senior Product Design Manager, Integrity

DoorDash's Integrity organization protects millions of consumers, Dashers, and merchants from fraud, safety issues, and compliance violations — while keeping the platform seamless and trustworthy. This Senior Design Manager leads a team of designers working across trust, safety, and compliance initiatives. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Establish design direction for fraud prevention, trust, safety, and compliance product areas • Set technical direction for design — decide what gets built, in what order, and why • Build design systems, component libraries, and AI-powered tooling • Mentor senior designers and shape team culture and environment • Present design strategy and decisions to cross-functional leadership WHO YOU ARE • Portfolio demonstrating high-level design leadership and ability to build and ship • Strong systems thinking with experience setting product direction based on shipped work • Background in high-growth consumer tech, marketplace, or platform/infrastructure teams • Comfortable working in ambiguous, high-stakes problem spaces • 1–2 days per week in a DoorDash Design Hub (hybrid role)
