Built by specialty pharmacists, physicians, and technologists, the HouseRx platform enables medically integrated dispensing across complex healthcare workflows. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Design intuitive experiences for clinical team members across complex, multi-step dispensing workflows • Conduct user research to deeply understand care coordinator and pharmacist pain points • Evolve and define UX principles, frameworks, and best practices for the platform • Collaborate across the organization to gather feedback from the right stakeholders • Integrate AI tools meaningfully into your design workflow WHO YOU ARE • 2+ years of professional product/UX design experience; healthcare software background preferred • Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows in B2B or SaaS products • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem solving within ambiguous problem spaces • Deep curiosity about AI and how it can improve healthcare outcomes • Self-driven — you don't wait to be told what to do next
