Senior Product Designer

Wattpad (part of WEBTOON Entertainment) is the world's largest storytelling platform, connecting hundreds of millions of readers and writers globally. This Senior Product Designer works on the Reading Momentum team, improving the core reading and engagement experience across Web, iOS, and Android. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Investigate user motivations driving deeper engagement on the platform • Collaborate with Product Managers, Researchers, and Engineers on user-centered solutions • Design accessible, scalable UX/UI flows across Web, iOS, and Android • Contribute to the design system for cross-platform consistency • Mentor designers and lead design workshops within the organization WHO YOU ARE • 5–7 years of end-to-end product design experience in B2C global markets • Cross-platform design expertise across Web, iOS, and Android • Experience with user research, usability testing, and data analytics • Systems thinker who balances user safety, engagement, and revenue considerations • Proficiency in Figma and Miro; strong presentation and communication skills
