I am a service designer with expertise in the field of design research and education. During my work experience I approached service design from many points of view, as a consultant, as a researcher, and as a teacher. This allowed me to build a deep knowledge as well as a manifold and personal vision on the discipline and field of practice, also reflecting on its evolution as a promising medium for innovation. I studied service evaluation for long, up to define a way to introduce it in service design practice and give more relevance to service solutions emerging from the traditional service design process. At present, I am focusing on practice, working as expert and consultant in different kinds of organizations. I daily deal with user research CO-design COncept generation, user experience prototyping, and all the other things you heard about service design!
