I started out in the publishing industry as the art director for a shelter magazine, doing photo shoots and laying out stories. Then I founded my own studio and picked up jobs doing logos and branding, invitations and announcements. Most recently, I managed the creative team at an illustrator’s studio, where I developed and maintained relationships with companies that license artwork. We also produced and warehoused our own products, and I had the opportunity to create digital marketing campaigns and explore ways to elevate the e-commerce user experience.
