I am a skilled Program Manager and Operations practitioner with over 12 years of total experience building systems, supporting teams, and developing relationships in product design, retail, and advertising, partnering with national and global clients throughout that time. I hold an MS in Project Management focused on Strategic Innovation and Change Management. I’ve been fortunate to work across various industries throughout my career. From enterprise companies, agencies, startups, local businesses, and nonprofits, I’ve learned a lot along the way and pride myself on having a diverse and transferable skill set. As a DesignOps leader, I empower design teams to focus less on the operational and administrative overhead weighing them down so they can focus on what they do best: design.
